Puglia and Golf

Those who come to Puglia from the Adriatic meet an elongated Region, a red and thirsty land, made fertile by men between architectural wealth and cultural development. What strikes, almost more than nature, are the products of rationality and creativity, surprising the beauty of history documented through art, architecture and urban planning. The Pugliese landscape can amaze the visitor with the charm of a journey full of surprises to live all year round

Puglia is a destination of great interest for golfers from all over the world, who find in this wonderful region, in addition to the wonderful game paths available, enchanting landscapes. In fact, surrounded by light and caressed by the sea breeze, the Apulian fields are islands of green immersed in an area of ancient olive trees, coastal pine forests, farms, ruins of ancient cities and fortified historic centers.
Arriving in Puglia, the golfer is fascinated and has the opportunity to combine sports to discover the “world” of Puglia, opening a window on the artistic-cultural events closely related to the history of the Region.
The many dominations, from ancient times to the modern age, have left tangible signs that even today it is easy to read both in the cities and in the countryside. Art in Puglia has always absorbed in some way the various lessons that Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Normans, Swabians, French and Spaniards have been able to transmit, legitimizing the originality of this synthesis.
